The lady receptionist was the sweetest. She upgraded our room to a better one with a balcony because I asked for a view. She welcomed us very nicely and explained everything. The location is super great, a calm place in a city center. Rooms are clean, breakfast was excellent. Big choice, quality food. We also had an option to keep our luggage after the check out at the hotel for a few hours, appreciate it. Thank you very much.

The hotel is located near the historical center in a quiet street. I recommend a visit. Personal Review 1 - poor , 10 - excellent 1. Check-in - 10. 2. Reception (front desk) - 9. 3. Cleaning up - 8 ( --Should be better around the toilet, found hairs under memory foam. +Others things we're fine). 5. Breakfast - 9 good,it is possible also order the omelet. 6. Height of the mattress - 10 (+more than 18 cm). 7. Additional, It is possible to store bicycle after agreement - 10. 8. Electric socket by the bed - 10 (+available). 9. Windows - Blackout - 9. 10. Work table - 10. 11. Internet speed - 7 (12 down/ 54 up).

The location was very nice, right in heart of the city, comfortable room to stay, clean and comfortable bed, everything tidy. Hot water, clean towels, fan. The staff was very polite and helpful. Breakfast was also very nice. We enjoyed the stay. :)

The location of the hotel is extremely close to the major attractions nearby the old town of Gdansk, to the point that in between visits it is very convenient to return to the hotel to freshen up during summer. The room was pretty big, very well equipped and serviced: it has the ammenities for preparing tea and coffee in room, water bottles, mini fridge, air conditioning. Also, the bed was very comfortable and it has one duvet, one big and one small pillow per person The staff is very pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was extremely good and very diverse, varying day by day. The coffee was also very good.

The team were amazing , very friendly and helpful. The room although small was clean and comfy with air conditioning ,well needed . Although down a strange road upon arrival I was apprehensive but realized within a 5 minutes walk of the riverside restaurants and into the main town max 10 minutes away. Great breakfast ( fresh scrambled eggs / Omelette ) but expensive 60 polish currency over £11 ......

Clean place, friendly staff, about 15 minutes walk from the centre and train station, but in a good quiet location. Everything was perfect, the only comment we have is the softness of the bed, which is probably more a question of our personal preference. But the beds were extremely soft that you almost broke your back at night 😆 otherwise everything was great, I highly recommend it.

Very convenient for Second World War museum, old town and railway station. Fabulous breakfast and a 24 hour manned reception - friendly staff too. Good parking if you get it ( we did).

We stayed there over the weekend, great location, 10' walking to the city center and a very safe neighbourhood. The room was super clean, they even cleaned on Saturday morning, although we were leaving on Sunday. The room was big and had everything you might need to feel cozy and comfortable. Temperature was adjusted according to your needs, and overall it exceeded our expectations since it was not expensive at all. Definitely would come back and definitely recommend it!

A spacious, well-equipped room in a delightful hotel. Our room overlooked the road but that was blocked by works on the ancient building opposite. As a result the room was very quiet and peaceful. It looked as though the building work would be going on for a very long time and the road would only be a backstreet if and when it was reopened. Good breakfast. Helpful staff. Close to all the historic sites of this beautiful and sophisticated town.
